Hiring Now: 1st shift Mold Set-Up Technician (Injection Molding)

AKKA is seeking a dependable, experienced Mold Set-Up Technician to join our growing team. If you have hands-on injection molding experience and enjoy problem-solving on the shop floor, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, install, and change molds on injection molding machines
  • Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in injection molding / mold setup
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable lifting up to around 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    1st Shift 6 AM – 4 PM ($14.00 HR)*

  • 2

    2nd Shift 4 PM – 2 AM ($14.50 HR)*

  • 3

    3rd Shift 11 PM – 7 AM ($15.00 HR)*

*Starting pay for entry-level operators
*We offer competitive compensation based on experience
